Ask them to release your pet ownership information to our volunteer.

Have you contacted a rescue volunteer in your area?
Have you ever adopted a dog through Airedale Rescue before?
Have you adopted companion animals from other shelters or rescue groups?

Do you understand that rescues are spayed/neutered or have a spay/neuter contract?

Do you understand that if at any time you cannot keep the rescue Airedale, it must be returned to Airedale Rescue?

Are you aware that if Rescue places an Airedale with you, you will be asked to make a donation? The suggested donation is $300 to $400, which helps defray costs such as shelter fees, veterinary care and boarding and training when necessary. The average cost per dog for 2004 was $422.

Do you understand that volunteers from our organization may confirm any information or contact any person provided on this application in regards to your application to adopt an Airedale?

Individuals who adopt a rescue Airedale are contacted periodically for an update to help ensure that the Airedale successfully adjusts to its new life. If you adopt a rescue Airedale, do you consent to home visits after adoption?
